About the event

"Yesterday I was cleaver so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise so I am changing myself." - Rumi

A look at the inner universe some say innerverse. The space between the cells and between the thoughts. A time to heal and recalibrate to your deepest truth. Awakening your full potential by linking the meridians circut of Qi through breath practice and Yin yoga. Held in the space of sound healing facilitated by singing bowls, chimes, gong and other instruments. This is a calibration for your soul to meet your destiny.

Ask yourself: Was this year all I had dreamed it would be? Why not? What stopped me?

What did I learn?

How am I growing?

If humanity were filled with purpose, belonging, and love would we need to have war? It is unlikely. Can filling ourselves with these things help to heal humanity? Absolutely! Ghandi didn't just say, be the change you wish to se in the world. He said, "YOU MUST be the change you wish to see in the world." This puts the responisibility back in our own hands. In this Sonic Yin we will come together to harmonize with the collective intention of uplifting the consciousness of humanity. As shown by the Maharishi Effect, group meditation effects the local population, but let us go within not to change those around us, but rather to find access to deep peace. Carving the conscious pathway for humanity. Making space to integrate the lessons of 2023 fully, so that you may step into the next year a bit wiser.
