Harmonizing Yin & Yang through Yin Yoga, sound healing and Breathwork.
Fall is the season of the Lung which is associated with the corporal soul and the emotion of grief. In this months Sonic Yin we will be clearing the Lung Channel & Grief.
The healing soundscape will be held by myself and Mitchell Olsen, a musician from the band SANJI.
