This Sonic Yin class takes place on the Chinese New Year, 2023 is the year of the water rabbit. Open yourself to the peace and prosperity that can come into your life in the year to come and set your intentions with the first New Moon of 2023. Then, rest and relax with yin yoga to clear your meridians and sound healing to harmonize with the celestial movements. Receive the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments while releasing tension from the body-mind.
